上级主管/Manager：Quality Powertrain (PWT) 动力总成质量经理

职位描述/Position Description：
Window quality person for machining line & raw parts reactivity (Cylinder block, Cylinder Head, Crankshaft)
机加及原零件快速反应窗口人（汽缸体，气缸盖，机轴）

In charge to measure quality level and to react in case of shift
负责测量质量水平及变更反应。

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:
Machining skills and support quality manufacturing in machining PWT.
Know the quality tools to manage the quality of machining line.
Bring its competences and its quality expertise to the machining manufacturing at the time of quality incidents
Ensure the quality of the incoming raw parts (first reactivity level), manage the action plan for the defects = sorts, react towards the incoming parts engineers to protect the assembly line.
Manage the quality of the line and bring his experience in case of non-conformity
Analyze indicators and weak signals, alert, propose and implement improvements or solutions
Participate to the action in case of machining issue (counter measure and actions plan)
VRS the actions plan
机加技能，支持动力总成机加的质量制造；
熟悉质量工具并管理机加线质量；
负责处理发动机制造机加线过程存在的质量问题；
确保原始来量质量（一级反应），整理及快速反应缺陷， 管理缺陷改善计划，防止来料缺陷流入总装线；
管理机加线线质量，确保产品及发动机符合性；
分析指标及弱信号环节，做出警告，提出建议。问题解决及质量改进；
参与机加问题质量改进（响应对策及改善计划）；
VRS质量改善计划 。

任职条件Qualifications:
Machining, Measurement and Control methods, Statistical analysis, drawing reading
Experience of quality referential management
Bachelor‘s degree is required in machining or mechanical engineering.
3 years or above quality management experience。
Good contact but tenacity with manufacturing to obtain the right results
Well organization, coordination and communication ability.
Familiar with the information analysis tools and applications
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English
拥有机械制造， 测量及控制方法，满意度分析，电子制图方面知识；
良好的团队精神 ；
本科以上学历，机械加工及机械工程相关专业 ；
3年以上质量管理经验 ；
良好的沟通技能，同时严格执行制造相关标准及规范；
良好组织，协调及沟通技能；
熟悉并应用质量分析工具；
良好的英语听说读写能力。
