岗位职责：
1、建立客户资料系统；
2、公司销售合同等资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；
3、协助销售人员做好客户报价单，及时处理客户反映的问题；
4、通过电话挖掘新客户，了解客户需求，寻求销售机会；
5、负责客户的投诉记录，协助有关部门妥善处理。

任职要求：
1、从事销售助理或跟单助理一年以上经验优先；
2、有较好的沟通技巧和销售技巧；
3、有较强的学习和沟通能力。
