Job description
- Conduct training and rollout of new business processes & applications
- Support of the usage of standard operating procedures
- Conduct training for new employees accompanied by training on the job in the respective operational department in coordination with HR
- Ensure efficient training concept and documentation
- Guarantee improvement in operational efficiency
- QMS - Ensure that everybody follows internal and external compliance rules
- ISO - internal audits if ISO certification or AEO is rolled out
- Guarantee of bordero handling
- Operational Controlling / might be
- Control and Report operational KPI's to responsible persons as key figures for quality assurance
- Collaboration with BPO (Business Process Optimization / MIO), BPT (Business Process Training) and TQM Teams
- Collaboration with Managing Director and/or NPM to implement directives

Job requirement
Must have - leading operational experience
At least 2 years in air cargo, sea cargo,ROAD-Xpress or logistics
Fluent in English
Familiar with MS office
Ability and willingness to train
Communicative and open-minded personality
Proven record of high expertise in operational processes
Comprehensive user know-how in operational systems
MS Office extended knowledge
