职位描述
具有5年以上可应对工厂生产化妆产品进行推广及营销经验, 主要目标是分销商或批发商及管理工作
协助公司寻找新客户, 新产品推广, 维持客户关系及分配和管理推广员工作分配, 并向公司
管理层定期报告客户销售, 报告和提供销售计划
对产品和国际安全要求要有专业熟悉
能处理日常与国内, 海外客戸以英文电邮沟通及订单出货跟踪
需具备与工厂, 客人, 下级同事及上级的良好沟通技巧
能独分配及编制客户所需文件, 包括: 报价, 销售合同, 验货申请安排, 生产单, 产品编目价单, 销售预期计划等
熟悉电脑操作及中英文输入。如一般的OFFICE,EXCEL, POWER POINT电子邮件操作等办公室软件
能用英语，国语及能以中英文书信沟通, 需要懂粤语
工作有责任心/热诚/心思慎密/成熟主动/学习能力强/具有敬业/团体精神/独立/主动/可靠
须主动出差见客, 每星期出差一次河源工厂
须与客人应酬, 安排展览和推广计划, 须设立销售目标
要求行业:化妆品制造业 , 专业向分销商或批发商推广, 店铺推广员免问
最好有网络推广经验，或大型品牌推广经验
Job Requirements:
- 5 years work experiences in manufacturer cosmetics products sales and marketing specially target for
agency and wholesaler and sales management duties
- need to look for new clients, new product promotion, maintain good relationship with client and allocate and monitor sales & marketing promoter job’s duties, report to managements the sales report and plan in regular schedule
- need to have specialize acknowledge on cosmetic product and international safety requirement
- Daily English email communication with domestic and overseas clients with good skills
- Good communication skill with factory, client, staff, colleagues and Managements
- Well allocate, prepare and handle client’s documentation independently, such as: quotation, sales contract,
Inspection booking, production orders, product lists, product category and sales planning.
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Office, Powder Point)
- Good command of English & Chines, Both written and reading Cantonese is needed
- Responsible, detailed-mind, meticulous and helpful, Passion in work / thoughtful / mature active / ability
to learn / have the dedication and team spirit/ Independence & initiative and Reliable
- Active to meet client. Travel to the factory in Guangdong province (He Yuan) is required, once a week
-Entertainment with customers is needed, have ability on exhibition arrangement and promoting, need to set up sales target
