The Role and Responsibilities of EICC auditor/supervisor :

· Establish and lead EICC Working Team that consists of Human Resources, CEL, EHS and others key leaders to ensure site Labor, Ethics, EHS practices, policies, procedure and CSR Management System are fully comply to EICC Code of Conduct, customer’s requirements and applicable national and local legal requirements

· Lead and manage CSR activities at the factory level e.g. communication, training, etc

· Lead the site’s EICC Self Assessment questionnaire (SAQ) and self audit

· Ensure effectiveness of corrective or preventive action for CSR / EICC audits (internal and external)

· Drive CSR improvement program to mitigate regulatory and EICC nonconformance

· Coordinate periodic legal compliance assessment, risk assessment and CSR management review

· Work closing with site purchasing in supplier engagement activities e.g. EICC training, CSR conformance acknowledgement, Supplier SAQ and perform on site audit at high risk supplier

· Encourage CSR best practices sharing among ON Semiconductor sites

· CSR reporting and updates

Qualification :

· Degree Level

· Sound knowledge of EICC Code of Conduct application and CSR practices

· Risk assessment and root cause analysis

· Excellent writing & communication skills

· Audit skills and reporting

· Excellent command of MS Office
