Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop training material for White, Yellow and Green Belt and deliver the content effectively
• Proficient in statistical software/tools : Minitab or JMp
• Provides mentoring, coaching and project management leadership to Green Belts & Yellow Belts
• Acts as the technical consultant in providing assessments, research, recommendations and solutions on organization and cross functional process management/capability issues
• Incorporates the use of Six Sigma methodology and tools into current business measurement, reporting and review systems
• Ensures projects and business improvement initiatives directly contribute to stated organization business KPI’s
• Consistently and appropriately utilizes Six Sigma methodologies and tools
• Acts as a primary leader in driving Six Sigma within the organization
• Oversees chartering and certification activity within the organization
• Ensures Six Sigma project and program success

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering/Statistics
• At least 5 years working experience as certified BB with strong statistics/DMAIC background
• Exposure in Lean /DFSS/Triz is a plus
• Experience in semiconductor industry preferred
• Proven success in driving and completing Six Sigma projects
• Good business acumen and demonstrated understanding of the alignment of Six Sigma with the achievement of business goals
• Good project management, mentoring and coaching skills
• Proven facilitation, presentation, communication and team skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization
• Self starter in all aspects.
