Job Responsibilities:-
1. Maintaining and preparing proper documents for audit purpose
2. Coordinating customers' compliance audit activities
3. Accompanying customers' auditors during the audit session and process
4. Preparing and following up Correction Action Plan after each audit
5. Conducting internal audits regularly based on customers' requirements
6. Monitoring compliance system, operations and procedures from time to time to
ensure in compliance with customers' requirements
7. Taking responsibility for the compliance program of the company, this includes
adequate detailed preparation in advance of any customers audits to ensure that
they are satisfactory
8. Implement BSR (Business of Social Responsibility) program for all vendor

Job Requirements:-
1. University graduate with 4 - 6 years relevant working experience
2. Minimum 3 years solid experience in company social compliance scope
3. Experience in product inspection, factory audit or social compliance audit is preferable
4. Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English
5. Familiar with working culture and environment in China is advantage
6. Good knowledge on Corporate Social Responsibility, labor law and regulation in China
7. SA8000/AA100/WRAP/ICTI certificate is preferable.
8. Able to cope with frequent travels within China, especially in Southern China
9. Good interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.
10. Enthusiastic, proactive and responsive to team work and able to work under pressure
