Senior Specialist Cash & FX Payment Administration

Employment – full time

Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of cash and foreign exchange business of the company

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal transfer service of local currency related to advance and reimbursement for associates

- Provide cash advance payment of foreign currency for associates

- Collect petty cash of local & foreign currency related to personal cost and reimbursement
- Prepare documentation and verification for FX payment and collection to guarantee the FX business go on wheels

- Collect tax paid certificate from tax team and any other necessary documents for non-BMW payments

- Finish registration and verification for advance payment and deferred payment via Trade Credit Registration and Management System with SAFE

- Prepare Petty Cash Statement, cash balance sheet and follow up the cash collection with associates periodically

- Weekly and monthly perform cash counting and prepare Cash Count Report

- Keep the good relationship with banks

- Other business concerning to cash and FX payment or miscellaneous work related to treasury department arranged by Line Manager

Qualifications

- Major in Accounting or Finance/ Bachelor Degree or above

- Knowledge of accounting and finance

- Have Certificate of Accounting Professional

- English fluently (verbal and written)

- Knowledge of foreign exchange

- Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Excellent communication skill and team work spirit

- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency and be able to work under great pressure

- SAP experiences desirable

- Proficient German would be an advantage

- Background in multinational company, 1-3 years

- Experience with cashier and foreign exchange payment related job, 1-3 years
