Advanced Specialist KepFlex Planning

Tasks

- This position is dedicated to a long term Program Planning consider all Technology planned capacity within next 4 years

- It will focus on all capacity project or vehicle project caused capacity or volume lose in next 4 years

- Worked with all Technology planned together to summarize the Plant bottle neck capacity and compose the report and capacity overview to the plant and German T-circle

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Capacity and Bottle neck planning regards Technology line rate and shutdown planning

- Communication between Plant Technology and TV-S-4 according to KapFlex progress calendar

- Organize KapFlex Circle (BIW, PS, AS, Logistics and Strategy & Planning)to update the information accordingly and communicated to TV-S-4 and TV-110 for LUP process

- Management report on Monthly basis for Plant Directors and the plant for overview the capacity status and organize the meeting with the plant level consider volume losses for instance shutdown and ramp up curve caused capacity lose

Qualifications

- Technical studies preferably in automotive engineering, industrial engineering or business administration or logistics University degree

- Experience in the planning of logistics processes, structure and equipment

- Communication ability, cooperation with intercultural teams, conflict ability and positive exposure

- Ability to exposure to high complexity, interest and openness to other technologies, implementation ability and ability to assert himself

- Structured thinking and analytic exposure with complex systems

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- 4-6 years of working in automotive plant logistics with personnel responsibility,

- Experience in project management, 1-3 years
