Tasks

Advanced Specialist Production Coordinator (Project speaker) of Assembly Plant 0:

- Production of test vehicle / prototype for F0-F1 at assembly shop plant 0

- Planning, managing and monitoring the use of resources, necessary capacity according to the requirements and targets of Plant 0 and BMW Brilliance Automotive, to ensure efficiency and positive business case

- Preparation of production processes for offline build phase according to series building sequence

- Ensure availability of structure and equipment for building phase

- Holding professional disciplinary and social management responsibilities of his/her team members

- Responsibility of cost target, deadline and schedule monitoring, compliance with quality standards as well as statutory safety regulations and accident prevention rules, in particular as they relate to the use of personal safety equipment and compliance with environmental protection and safety provisions

- Main contact partner during production to all relevant departments. Taking care of production status, quality issues and process improvements

- Leading and promoting new technologies /processes and product developments in cooperation with the pre-development departments from E /T and ensuring their integration into the series manufacturing process

Key Responsibilities

- Responsibility for cost target, deadline and schedule monitoring, compliance with quality standards

- Leading and promoting new technologies /processes and product developments in cooperation with the pre-development departments from E /T and ensuring their integration into the series manufacturing process

- Responsibility for safety regulations and accident prevention rules, in particular as they

- Relate to the use of personal safety equipment and compliance with environmental protection and safety provisions

- Leading cooperation, knowledge exchange and harmonization with all the process partners with regard to general targets and contribution of the partners to achieve the goals

- Continuous optimization of processes and methods. Developing and optimization of the product with the focus to get costs down and improve production profitability as well as the product quality for customer. Ensure the compliance of product and process standards (Baukasten)

- Optimization by maturity level management considered. Establish continuous

- Optimization with VPS. Ensure constant skill improvement, qualification and training associate

Qualifications

- Bachelor/master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or equivalent experience in car manufacturing

- Deep knowledge of assembly production and processes

- Experience of leading associate and planning/production assembly

- PC experience, MS Office working knowledge

- Driver’s license passenger car

- Chinese, English fluently (spoken and written), preferably German

- Ability/experience in working with an intercultural work environment

- Very high quality consciousness

- Ability to form and motivate his/her team

- Handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues

- Open-mindedness in dealing with others

- Ability to work efficiently in matrix- and networking structures

- Preferably working experience in international operating companies, 1-3 years

- Experience in automobile production processes assembly, 1-3 years

- Several years experience in an automotive plant or similar business with supervising responsibility, 4-6 years
