Team Assistant & German Translator

Corporate Division Assembly
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Key Responsibilities

- Check, monitor and prepare the document, working files related to the Dept. head/manager

- Support and provide assistance to Department head/manager as well as members of the team

- Manage the Head's/manager’s schedule, determining priorities in terms of objectives and deadlines that must be met

- Evaluate which random demands require the involvement of the Head/manager and then to facilitate this

- Initiate the distribution of information to relevant managers/assistant managers/team members, facilitating the execution of tasks, thus improving overall operating efficiencies

- Operate, maintain and control an effective "follow-up" system, essential in terms of what is required in order to meet the various deadlines

- Full responsibility for organizing Team Meetings, preparation and distribution of the agenda, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up and filing

- Responsible for the enforcement of Company policy in terms of procedures including travel, expense claims, personnel changes and appointments, etc.

- Responsible for controlling signatures, taking policy into account, urgency and forwarding of documents as well as supporting team members to make order/payment in SAP system

- Hand external enquiries related to various issues

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above

- Excellent German skills both oral and written

- Good computer skills with MS Office

- Good organization skills, strong sense of responsibility, timely response, fast learner

- Strong communication skill, team work, taking care the details, result orientated

- Positive and self-initiative
