Advanced Specialist E/E Project Management

Employment – full time

Tasks

Responsible for supporting the E/E PV (PV = process responsible) function in terms of project timing/milestones, reporting, risk management, monitoring & control vehicle targets, running the project LOP, reporting committees and change management. Link & synchronize topics with Munich based Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting E/E PV responsible

- Controlling the project circles (agenda, minutes), inquire feedbacks from local & Munich COCs

- Running weekly PV circle (project LOP, agenda, minutes)

- Controlling project timing & milestones, reporting; identification of critical timing, defining solutions or alternatives

- Controlling risk management & vehicle targets

- Controlling change management

- Link & synchronization with local project management and Munich based project manager

- Document maintenance

- Project communication

Qualifications

- University Degree in Engineering

- Strong communication skills and demonstrate ability to work with others in a cross cultural setting

- Analytical, honest, reliable, determined, ready, independent and initiative

- Project management for car development process

- Languages skills: Fluent Chinese, fluent English, German a plus

- Technical understanding of cars and E/E vehicle structure

- Functional understanding for hybrid functions and electric vehicle

- Experience in project management, 1-3 years

- Experience in the automotive field, 1-3 years

- Work experience in an international environment, 1-3 years
