Assistant Manager E/E Project Management

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Responsible for the interior concept for driving environment and project responsible for driving environment/E_E within the product line

- Responsible for achieving the goals of the product line concerning characteristics, costs, weight, quality and time

Key Responsibilities

- Project management and project responsible for driving environment and E/E topics, controlling project budget, responsible for the adherence of the project timing

- Technical guidance & steering of the EI concept teams

- Responsibility and preparation of the development process interior in order to ensure the coherence of the concept which is in the conflict between the interests of the product line and the strategical interests of the specialists divisions

- Requirements for areas of responsibilities have to be deduced and verified

- Transfer and interaction between requirements/ concept and innovation

- Modifications in the serial development with regard to influences of concepts on successors and inversely have to be investigated and need a technical evaluation

Qualifications

- University Degree in Engineering

- Analytical, honest, reliable, determined, ready , independent and initiative

- Strong communication skills and demonstrate ability to work with others in a cross cultural setting

- Languages skills: Fluent Chinese, fluent English, German plus

- Technical understanding of cars and E/E vehicle structure

- Functional understanding for hybrid functions and electric vehicle

- Project management for car development process

- Working experience in vehicle logistics

- Experience with CAD tools

- Work experience in an international environment, 1-3 years

- Experience in the automotive field, 4-6 years
