Senior Specialist Fixed Asset

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Keep all transactions related to fixed asset be in consistence with PRC and other accounting policy

- Ensure all domestic invoices related to fixed asset are checked and booked accurately and in time before payment

- Collect all supporting documents for releasing payment, and make sure the amount to be paid in time based on payment terms in PO

- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments about the payment, invoice, etc., forming a effective channel to answer query and solve problem for them

- Keep good cooperation with business departments and make sure getting necessary information about the status of PO and fixed assets

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all accounting transactions related fixed asset in accordance with accounting policy as well as company guideline

- Check and book domestic invoices related to fixed asset for non-BMW supplier, ensure all invoices are correct and paid timely

- Handle enquiries about fixed asset issue and payment status from other internal departments and suppliers

- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments about the problematic and pending invoices to ensure that the problem can be solved effectively and in time

- Follow up the status of fixed asset timely by monthly physical Check list

- Make sure the fixed asset creation and disposal correctly include company car

- Work related to month-closing such as clearance 11330007/17018888 and expense book to 21211491 exactly and in time.

- Daily management to fixed assets to ensure all changes about fixed asset can be recorded and reflected

- Check supplier's tooling on-site every year in Shenyang and other local cities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance

- Knowledge of SAP

- Experience in finance or accounting field

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Proficiency with computer operation, especially MS office

- Communication skill with colleagues or customers

- Self-initiative, improvisation skills, capability for teamwork

- Experience in accounting in the industrial sector, 1-3 years
