Tasks

Responsible for related to paint shop product planning activities

Responsibilities

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead product and modification projects

- Be responsible for planning and budget management of assigned projects

- Planning of project requirements in terms of headcount, time and budget

- Production material planning

- Production plan and control for BMW and BMW Brilliance Automatic products

- Headcount planning

- WTA planning and control of paint shop

- Lead project member on technical level

- Compliance with BMW leadership and associates standards

- Build phase plan and follow up

- Stand in for manager

Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in planning processes of paint shop

- Knowledge and experience of project management

- Knowledge of painting processes

- Carry out time studies (REFA or MTM methods)

- Experience and knowledge in finance, purchasing, human recourses and quality

- PC experience (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office products)

- Ability / experience in working within an intercultural work environment

- English spoken and written. Chinese

- Capability for teamwork

- Self-initiative, organize and improvisation skills

- Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues

- Knowledge in health and safety

- Experience in planning a production process and launch management, 1-3 years

- Experience and knowledge in finance, purchasing, human recourses and quality, 1-3 years

- 4-6 years of working in an automotive plant or similar business
