Project Manager of Academy of China BMW

Tasks

Steering and implementation of the project Academy of China BMW (ACB)

Key Responsibilities

- Setup and communicate sustainable program organization

- Supervision:

- Establish project tracking process, perform regular tracking

- Organize meetings and define agenda

- Checks content quality, and facilitate to resolve cross-functional issues

- Derive and steer work packages as a project leader and / or consultant

- Prepare regular management reports and presentations for review

- Develop contents, conduct and document workshops and meetings with relevant stakeholders

- Decision making facilitation

- Provide analytic and problem solving support to facilitate key decisions

Qualifications

- University degree, master or above

- Project management competencies and skills

- Management skills and leadership potential

- Intercultural sensitivity

- Communication and presentation skills

- Financial controlling knowledge and understanding

- Proficient English

- Experience in Project management in auto industry,4-6 years

- Experience in Consulting Company is preferred,4-6 years
