Advanced Specialist Supply Chain Planning

Corporate Division Powertrain

Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of supply chain

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for supply chain planning

- Assessment / analysis of materials & processes flow

- Coordinate with all related departments, also LC suppliers and Service providers

- Review, maintain and develop the SC master document

- Overall planning of JIS with consideration of all restrictions between the technologies

- draft / develop the SC document for new supplier with relevant planner

- Make evaluation for new supplier from packing and transportation cost aspect

Qualifications

- Technical studies preferably in automotive engineering, industrial engineering or supply chain management

- Structured thinking and analytic exposure with complex system

- Work under pressure

- Communication ability, cooperation with intercultural teams, conflict ability and positive exposure

- Ability to exposure to high complexity, interest and openness to other technologies, implementation ability and ability to assert himself

- Positive exposure with high uncertainness, creativity, innovation and vision ability

- Proficient English, German would be a strong plus

- Self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Open-mindedness in dealing with others

- Willing to travel for new supplier's SOP and logistics problem solving

- Familiar with SAP system would be a strong plus

- Background of working in automotive / manufacturing plant ,4-6 years

- Experience with planning of logistics processes, assessment/ analysis of logistics issues, Experience in supply chain management, project management,4-6 years

- Experience in JIS/JIT part planning,1-3 years

- Experience in LC supplier management,1-3 years
