Advanced Specialist Property Management

Corporate Division Facility Management
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

- Effectively fulfill project and building property management

- Ensure the implement of the building property and maintenance

- Ensure the building quality, progress and investment control

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the building repairing, maintenance, and related management

- Help to organize and workout the basic heavy repair plan /maintenance plan, and realize the plan

- Project drawings review, acceptance and take over

- Building service suppliers and equipment suppliers management

- Internal audit for ISO9000, OSAS1400/1800

- Building equipment management and breakdown rate control

- Help to supervise and check the environment factor influence the usage of chemical material in the construction process

- Spare parts management for building maintenance

Qualifications

- University degree / graduated in civil engineer or related major

- PC experience, especially with MS-Office applications

- English spoken and written

- Auto CAD experience

- Knowledge of project management and construction maintenance

- SAP operations

- Experience with project management and structure planning, 7-10 years

- Experience with building management and maintenance, 1-3 years
