Tasks

As a development engineer m / f, you are responsible for the development and integration of all functional Integration and lay-out issues as part of the planned vehicle projects

Key Responsibilities

- The work includes the self-responsible development of balanced total vehicle features with optimized cost-benefit ratio and its implementation in the series on behalf of the FGI/FI and project management

- Technical assessment of the repercussions of different derivatives on the architecture concept

- Responsible for the FGI- relevant content in the goals- and requirements management process

- To control the solution finding in technically complex, cross-departmental issues within the FGI-network of the product lines

- Work experience in interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

- University degree in engineering / industrial engineering with mayor in automotive engineering or equivalent

- Experienced in dealing with conflicting goals

- Multi-disciplinary, networked thinking

- Teamwork and assertiveness, willingness to work abroad

- MS-Office and BMW-Tools

- Assessment skills for technical solutions

- Experience of project management preferably in the field of total vehicle,1-3 years

- Profound knowledge of the total vehicle engineering,1-3 years

- Experience in dealing with conflicts,1-3 years

- Management experience in interdisciplinary teams and cooperation with external development partners,1-3 years
