Advanced Specialist Process Planning Painted Body

Corporate Division Prototype Production

Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

- Responsible for process planning of his/her responsible area, Prototype production line design, modification, technical change and Line build up

- Develop the standard BIW prototype process and standard of process equipment. Continuously optimize process to meet all the upcoming projects by focusing on quality, cost, operation, equipment, environment, material and work instruction

- Manage new projects of his responsible area and coordinate the team for achieving the targets.

- Ensure communication structures with internal and external departments

- Team work to ensure all associates can work closely and correctly

- Work closely and correctly with partner from other department and also with German partners

- VPS implementation

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for prototype BIW process planning of his/her responsible area

- Responsible for control and monitor changing management of BIW

- Development of production line optimization concept including the layout, material flow, conveyance etc. for possible integration scopes or reused equipment

- Responsible for HC and new prototype production planning in his responsible area

- Technical support for quality concept and rework concept

- Confirm the implementation of the all technology process during the prototype projects

- VPS implementation and Ergonomics investigation

- Suppliers development (visits, assessment, qualification, development, corrective active)

- Budget and long term planning in his responsible area

- Health and safety concept in his responsible area

- Support manager daily management and also act as a deputy when Assistant Manager is absent

Qualifications

- Bachelor/master degree in automobile engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering or comparable educational background

- Profound knowledge about Body Shop technology

- Capability for teamwork

- Self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues

- Capability to explain technical issues to others

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Knowledge in health and safety in sheet metal processes

- PC experience especially with MS-office applications

- White body manufacture technology or Machining technology

- Competence in project management

- Working experience in an automotive plant or similar business, 4-6 years

- Preferably experience in automotive body, 4-6 years

- Preferably working experience in international companies, 4-6 years

- Very good product and process knowledge in the engineering of a body and across the entire process chain, 4-6 years

- Experience in dealing with external suppliers, 1-3 years
