Advanced Specialist Quality Steering

Corporate Division Prototype Production

Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

- Ensure the product quality for the prototype car build BIW and Assembly

- Build up and run a "Q-Management System" for prototype car build BIW and Assembly at the entire Plant 0

- Ensure and improve methods and systems for quality checking to meet quality requirements and targets on prototype cars

- Evaluate and provide manufacturing process and product quality of the prototype cars in the hole processing chain at Plant 0

- Creating and monitoring quality documentation in the whole processing chain at Plant 0

- Responsible for handing over prototype cars to the internal customers and users on the quality requirements and targets

- Making annual target agreement with the line manager

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the product quality for the prototype car build BIW and Assembly

- Responsible for the Q- Management - System in the whole plant 0 processing chain

- Design of an integrated Management System (considering Quality requirements and targets on prototype cars, environmental and industrial safety)

- Coordination and realization of all activities concerning Q-Planning, Q-Control, Q-Audit, Q-Improvement and Q-Support

- Initiation and realization of Process-, System- and Tooling Audits and MFU/PFU

- Evaluate and provide manufacturing process and product quality of the prototype cars in the whole processing chain at Plant 0

- Initiation and managing of measures to improve the quality of products and processes and to improve the safety and repeatability of processes

- Defining and running the interfaces to Quality Management

- Ensures all the documentation

- Establish continuous optimization with VPS. Ensure constant skill improvement, qualification and training associate

- Responsible for handing over prototype cars to the internal customers and users on the quality requirements and targets

Qualifications

- Bachelor/master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or equivalent experience in Quality-Management and car manufacturing

- Deep Knowledge of QM-System and QM-Tools of BMW Brilliance Automotive and BMW

- Knowledge of IT-Systems such as QVS, QSL, IPSQ, SAP

- Knowledge of production processes in the whole processing chain starting by single parts up to running the cars

- PC experience, MS Office working knowledge

- Driver’s license passenger car

- Chinese, English fluently (spoken and written), preferably German

- Ability/experience in working with an intercultural work environment

- Very high quality consciousness

- Ability to form and motivate his/her team

- Handicraft skills, self-initiative, improvisation skills

- Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues

- Open-mindedness in dealing with others

- Ability to work efficiently in matrix- and networking structures

- Preferably working experience in international operating companies, 1-3 years

- Experience in automobile production processes, 4-6 years

- Several years experience in an automotive plant or similar business with supervising responsibility, 4-6 years
