Advanced Specialist Analysis, Geometrical Integration

Employment – full time

Tasks

- Responsible for geometrical integration of total vehicle until series production

- Key person for body, interior and exterior quality issues analysis, and problem solving for base launch and series production

- Parts validation and ATG for base launch

- Network with Engineering and supplier for concept issues solving process

- Responsible for local parts validation before SOP

- Responsible for the calibration of CMM machines

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluation and confirmation of the geometrical compliance of supplier parts at the test cubing (Zero geometry) with regard to dimensional, visual, functional, qualitative requirements and installation-capability

- ATG check in EK area during each project build phase to make sure the quality of body, interior, exterior is ready for SOP.

- Organize and carry out complete vehicle, assembly parts, Pruefcubing CMM measurement based on BMW specification

- Key person for body, interior and exterior quality issues analysis, and problem solving for base launch and series production to make sure root cause is clear

- Take lead for body, interior and exterior complex quality problem solving during base launch, as well as series production to make PMP process more efficient and effective

- Network with Engineering and supplier for concept issues solving process to get the problem solved for the plant ASAP

- Regular communication with BMW AG plants for the solution of already known quality topics in other plants

- Get involved in local parts validation before SOP to ensure the parts quality is ready for SOP

Qualifications

- Bachelor or above within the ranges finishing vehicle technology / mechanical engineering / quality engineering specialist or similar training with many years professional experience

- Knowledge in the production process of total vehicle

- Knowledge in the production process of body, interior parts and exterior parts

- Knowledge and skills of CMM measurement process, method

- Knowledge of analysis method and process

- Competency of steering problem solving team

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Skills of driving, communication and cooperation

- 4-6 years experience in automotive industry within the above mentioned area
