Advanced Specialist Business Analyst

Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

- Work together with business department to collect business requirements in matrix organization

- Analyze business requirements and is responsible for system proposal

- Ensure the system quality during implementation phase

Key Responsibilities

- Supports business with the requirement analysis and ensures that requirements are complete and of good quality

- Responsible to communicate the requirements to the developers and to ensure that the specification is complete and of good quality

- Supports the business department with the creation of the end-user “how-to’s”

- Supports business in the communication of changed business processes

- Working in international teams

- Steering project teams

- Making biddings

- Steering external partners

Qualifications

- Advanced degree in computer science

- Project Management (steering more than 5 people in matrix organization)

- Broad basis of technical qualifications (C, Java, ABAP, SAP function, Intranet structure.)

- Strong presentation and communication skills (MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint)

- Advanced English

- Business analysis skill

- Have an overall planning for System landscape

- Experience in IT Industry as business Analyst, 1-3 years

- Know how in business process, 1-3 years

- Experience in project management, 1-3 years
