Assistant Manager Resource Deployment& Process Standardization

Employment – full time

Tasks

- To set up IT cross function structure & organization and to realize the functionality in resource deployment, process standardization and quality management

- To centralize and standardize cross function process and responsibility to better support IT activities and increasing business requirements

- To lead the team to achieve IT and department target, strengthen team work, encourage and manage team members, and support the manager to manage department construction

- To bridge the smooth communication with business and IT other departments

Key Responsibilities

- Resource deployment, process set up, quality management establishment, team set up, team management

- Support, manage and prioritize IT related projects using standard process, method and toolkits

- As the interface to external business dept. and internal IT dept. from cross functional team

- Support overall project/program delivery to plan-scope, capacity, and quality according to agreed milestones

- Accountable for compliance of IT target and guideline

- Develop long term value realization plans by defining and managing appropriate portfolio of projects to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

- University degree in computer science, engineering or economic science

- Team work and communication skill

- Analytical and problem solving skills, assertiveness and confident attitude

- Fluent in English, preferably basic German skills

- ITIL and ITPM

- Strong presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint)

- Management experience in international working area

- Experience as a project leader of IT applications with internal and external partners, 4-6 years

- Experience to successfully lead a team, which the team members more than 5, 1-3 years

- Automobile Industry Experience Preferred, 1-3 years
