Advanced Specialist VPS, MTM, IE foundry

Corporate Division Engineering

Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment - full time

Key Responsibility

- Designing and running the internal VPS process

- Responsible for coordinate proper training and seminar for VPS concept

- Responsible for organize and push the continuously improvement projects and VPS/TPM project

- Responsible for carry out performance review, goal setting of maintenance team. Push on team-based work concepts and utilize good communication with all of other teams

- To be the interface in Power train plant with all sub-department

- To make a weekly/monthly report on all VPS project status

- Participate in reconstruction and rebuild of relative technical equipments and establishments

Qualification

- Bachelor / master degree in industry engineering

- Knowledge / Skills /Competences:

- Knowledge of continues improvements and lean production;

- VPS-Methods and Integrator training

- Knowledge of VPS tools and effort

- Subject-specific extra qualification such as for example profound experience and training in industrial engineering

- English, spoken and written
