Advanced Specialist Project Management SB/WE

Tasks

As representative of purchasing department, join BMW Brilliance Automotive vehicle project management team (by attending SB/WE meeting, PPT/IPT meeting, etc.), lead and coordinate all purchasing related activities and conduct the project management before and after SOP for all vehicle projects in purchasing department

Key Responsibility

- Lead and coordinate purchasing related activities within the BBT plant project management teams before and after SoP for all local vehicle projects, covering both Local Content and Imported Material.

- Coordinate within purchasing team and provide related project status/feedback to the project circle in BMW Brilliance Automotive including SB/WE, PPT, IPT

- Attend SB/WE project meeting as representative of purchasing department on weekly basis

- Attend PPT/IPT meeting as representative of purchasing department on weekly basis

- Provide Profile and profile change information, timing plan for each build phase for each product line, meeting minutes from SB/WE, PPT,IPT meeting, consolidate all project related information and monitor project status in purchasing department

- Report overall project status for LG/LK/LU on regular basis to purchasing management circle

- Support buyers to investigate on project letter, feedback investigation result to project circle

- Set up and develop process for project management in purchasing team. Ensure project status transparency, project on time implementation in purchasing department

- As interface between purchasing department and MZ-LX, regarding product line topic

Qualification

- Master Degree / University

- Minimum 4 year experience automotive industry

- Advanced knowledge of automotive development, engeneering, industrailization process

- Advanced automotive components industrialization / production / tooling processes

- Advanced proficiency in Office applications (Excel, word etc.), SAP

- Advanced project management

- Advanced relevant aspects of the purchasing process covering all phases of product lifecycle

- Advanced dupplier Quality Management (QMT), especially BMW/BMW Brilliance Automotive specific processes

- Advanced Analytical thinking, mature, responsible and result-oriented personality

- Advanced good communication and interpersonal skills

- Advanced ability to work independently and in inter-cultural environment

- Background in automotive industry,4-6years

- Good command of written and spoken English

- German language skills preferred

- Background in automotive industry,4-6years

- Operational experience in purchasing and /or QMT,4-6years

- Profound experience/ knowledge of project management,4-6years
