Senior Specialist Quality Management

Tasks

The senior specialist quality management is the key person to implement and control all issues that are related to process certification as it is described in the quality management system (QMS). He/she is especially responsible of the document’s control to meet the requirements of BMW Brilliance Automotive and external certification bodies. This person is also responsible for coordinating the internal and external process audits. Another task is the target management of the whole body shop.

Key Responsibility

- Make sure the conformity of production process to all essential requirements that are given from outside (governmental rules, certifications)

- Implement Quality Management System (QMS) with all its characteristics

- Document control according to Management Process Model (MPM)

- Plan and conduct internal process audits (ISO9000ff)

- Feedback the results to management

- Representative for audits of occupational health and safety (OHRIS) and environmental protection (ISO 14001)

- Quality target monitoring and steering the Target Monitoring Process (TMP)

- Representative for external audits (ISO9000ff)

- Coordinate all related activities (schedule, contact persons, presentation) and feedback the results to management

- Provide latest update of all necessary norms, rules and standards and inform the specialists and management if a changed requirement affects on existing processes

- Continuous process flow optimization in the internal area as well as in conjunction with the process partners

Qualification

- Relevant completed university education (Bachelor, Masters) with relevant subject specific extra qualification for quality management systems and audit

- Capability/experience in working with an intercultural work environment

- Capability for teamwork

- A comprehensive understanding of ISO9000ff

- A comprehensive understanding of ISO 14001 and OHRIS

- Highly quality consciousness

- Self-initiative organization and improvisation skills

- English, spoken and written. German is of advantage for BMW AG systems interpretations

- Communication and presentation skills

- PC experience especially in MS-office applications

- Analytical skills

- Working in an automotive production preferably with experience in quality process evaluation, planning and realization, 4-6 years

- Several experience in internal/external audit, 4-6 years
