Process Area Manager

Employment – full time

Tasks

To effectively lead the department in order to ensure the assembly of the components is delivered on time, to quality and to cost, and that all related process is improved to enable continuous improvement of these core business measures

Key Responsibility

- Lead, monitor and advise // Process leader and other assembly associates // To ensure that preferred processes and practices are implemented to the operational benefit of the benefit of the business

- Technical Coordination // Plan, monitor and control // all technical process activity // To ensure that all business requirements are met in the in terms of delivery, productivity, quality and cost

- Communication // lipase and maintain contact with // other functions, team members and external vendors // to ensure that necessary inform is communicate

- Documentation // compile and maintain // process documentation for process and facilities // to ensure that they are in line with BMW standards

- Process management // plan, operate monitor, control and improve // Business processes // to ensure the operations process are consistently used and improved in order to meet business targets

- Process improvement // Identify plan, facilitate, influence, develop, propose // to team and support functions // to improve and optimize manufacturing and support processes

Qualification

- Bachelor / Master degree in mechanical engineering

- Knowledge of engine

- Knowledge of BMW brilliance Automotive// BMW

- Proficiency with in high volume assembly processes

- Skills to work in a international environment

- Competency of assembly processes

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Background in assembly , 7-10years

- Experience with mass production, 4-6years

- Several years experience to lead other people, 4-6years
