Process Area Manager-Maintenance

Employment – full time

Tasks

To ensure the availability target of production line and related responsible equipments by technical support

Key Responsibility

- Responsible for avidity of all equipment in the engine manufacturing

- Responsible of the execution for preventive maintenance

- Troubleshooting (hydraulically, pneumatically, electrically/electronically and mechanically) according to BMW process specifications and equipment manuals

- Participate in reconstruction and rebuild of relative technical equipments and establishments

- Participate in reconstruction and rebuild of relative technical equipments and establishments

- Team Management, motivate and develop the departmental team to ensure that production equipment tools efficiency and optimum performance.

- Ensures the right quantity of the associates, Ensures the right qualification of the associates

- Responsible for carry out performance review, goal setting of maintenance team. Push on team-based work concepts and utilize good communication with all of other teams

- Supervision and guidance to equipment maintenance associates daily business

- Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualification

- Bachelor / Master Degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

- Knowledge of engine manufacturing

- Knowledge and experienced of the equipment to be maintained in all fields of the engine production

- Project management skills

- Open minding in dealing with others

- Knowledge in SAP

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Good analytical and reporting skills

- Background in a production area, 7-10 years

- Experience with an intercultural work environment, 4-6 years

- Several years experience in maintenance and fluids management, 4-6 years

- Several years experience engine manufacturing, 4-6 years
