Advanced Specialist Operation and Maintenance Planning

Employment – full time

Tasks

- FM strategy and concept planning

- FM operation and maintenance planning and standardization

Key Responsibility

- Analyze the request for facility on a long term basis, develop the operation and maintenance strategy and concept

- Develop and define the FM requirement in new project base on operation and maintenance concept, include the budget, headcount, area, etc., to get better operation condition in the future

- Develop and standardize the FM operation and maintenance planning standard, ensure the same principle of FM planning

- Plan the future demands and requirement on facilities and services on a regular basis, to optimize the FM process

- Work out the necessary actions based on the agreed requirements to achieve the target, to improve the performance of operation and maintenance

- Standardize the utility and facility operation and maintenance process and method, to ensure the same management mode

Qualification

- Bachelor degree or above in Technical Engineering, Mechanical and electrical engineering

- Knowledge in FM planning or project planning

- Skill in FM operation and maintenance

- Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Principles

- Smoothly use in MS Office Software, CAD

- Smoothly English, spoken and written

- FM Operation and Maintenance, 4-6 years

- FM planning or project planning, 4-6 years
