Tasks

The Specialist is responsible for the target management of the vehicle projects, the project reporting, time planning and project support. He is responsible to setup the contracts for new vehicle projects and to report the projects status according to contract. He manages all processes necessary to steer the vehicle projects

Key Responsibility

- Define and commit time schedules for vehicle projects

- Guide reporting within vehicle project and with the system supplier

- Guide reporting of the vehicle project to BMW Brilliance Automotive boards (BoD, BoM)

- Align reporting of BMW Brilliance Automotive and BMW decision boards"

- Co-ordinate decisions board of vehicle projects

- Initiate evaluation processes (vehicle characteristics, costs, weight and quality….)

- Guide risk management process within vehicle projects

- Synchronize processes and timetables with the BMW as system supplier for the vehicle project

- Co-ordinate regular budget process reports for the complete vehicle with BMW Brilliance Finance Department

- Guide the contract negotiations for new vehicle projects (functional, cost, processes)

Qualification

- University degree (technical, economical or similar)

- In-depth knowledge of BMW or BMW Brilliance Automotive development processes

- 3-4 years experience in project management

- Automotive industry, 7-10 years
