Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of treasury tasks related to cash flow forecast

Key Responsibilities

- Daily cash flow report maintenance and daily cash position checking and arrangement

- Daily payment information registration and checking

- Weekly cash flow report maintenance

- Actual cash flow report maintenance

- Monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow report maintenance

- Cash flow report related topic follow up and explanation

- Loan situation analysis and application preparation

- FX forecast situation follow up and variance analysis

- Project cash situation tracking and reporting

- Arrange the financing activities and get approval from management according to the liquidity situation

- Any other business concerning to cash flow management

- Other uncertain miscellaneous work related Treasury team issue

- Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualifications

- University degree at least

- Knowledge of accounting

- Knowledge of tax

- Proficiency with treasury and financing, FX

- Skills with office software such as excel, word, PPT etc

- Competency of SAP

- Proficient in English

- Excellent communication skill and team work spirit

- Background in accounting and financing, 4-6 years

- Experience with SAP system, 1-3 years

- Several years experience in the industrial sector, 4-6 years
