Advanced Specialist Technical Training

Tasks

To support and enhance the technical competency and skills of BBA associates

Key Responsibility

- To consult, develop and implement technical training program in SY with high quality according to the business requirement and LRG

- Vendor selection according to the needs of technical program and engaged in technical training course development together with the vendor to ensure the high quality of program can be achieved

- Consult and support the department training program planning and implementation according to the annual department training plan

- Managing and maintain the technical training equipment and facilities and ensure the proper conditions of technical training rooms

- To deliver the training courses as internal trainer

- Provide business statistic report upon request

Qualification

- University degree / master degree

- Knowledge of planning of technical training courses

- Knowledge and understanding of training operation system and principles

- Proficient data processing skills including database establishment and maintenance

- Knowledge of budget planning and control

- Proficient English

- Knowledge of delivery skills of training course.

- Knowledge of project management

- Experience in training consultancy and implementation, 4-6 years

- Experience in large-sized manufacturing enterprises, 4-6 years
