Advanced Specialist Process planning

Corporate Division Assembly Shop
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

To ensure the proper implementation of process for series production and lauch of new models in assembly shop

Key Responsibilities

- He handles series production documents for all model ranges.

- He is familiar with all systems related to his working responsibility, and work with them

- He is responsible to project: extension project, new model launch and integration

- He handles launch documents from process side for all launches of new model ranges

- He handles technical correspondence EMCC, following introduction date of technical changes from process side

- He is responsible to SB/WE: prepare SBM, documentation, tooling, follow T-car building, solve the launch problem

- His responses to make HN (Handover process) with related department

- He is the central consignee for all technical problems. Such as, he issues enquiries of the assembly plant to BMW AG, receives the corresponding information and implements it with the partner

- In charge of advising design, construction and change of tools, jigs and fixtures.

- Work content comes from: Mechanical Process Planner, EE Process Planner and Rework

- He coordinates and controls all issues of back supplies during the assembly process

- Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualifications

- Bachelor/ master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering

- Knowledge of automotive engineering

- Knowledge of industry engineering

- Proficiency with computer operation and MS office knowledge

- Skills of communication with others

- Competency project planning and management

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Background in automotive engineering or mechanical manufacturing knowledge

- Experience with automotive plant preferably in control areas such as process planning or similar

- Several years experience in working experience in international operating companies,4-6 years
