Employment – full time

Tasks

The purpose is the selection and optimization of the plant structure and those ongoing optimizations are sought and implemented. To support the continuous improvement in all areas of the building and support processes. To ensure necessary infrastructure modifications are implemented for processes and equipment changes

Key Responsibility

- Process measures and project target definition and agreement

- Structural requirements to meet defined processes and design principal layouts

- Departmental/Project budget requirements and spend

- Lead and participate in cross-functional working teams 3 -5 people

- Project timing and resource allocation

- Supplier selection and nomination – Project development and team organization

- Process development and Problem solving solutions

- Target development and implementation

- Create proposals for the approval of necessary funding

Qualification

- University degree / graduated in engineering (automotive/engine)

- Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental issues relevant to the area of responsibility

- Excellent knowledge of logistical and manufacturing processes

- Good understanding of VPS and Lean principles

- Highly developed communication skills

- Team and individual development, management and leadership

- Project management skills

- Knowledge on CAD System MICRO Station

- Experience of working both cross-function and internationally

- English and German language skills

- Knowledge of BMW and BMW Brilliance Automotive China business processes, 1-3 years

- Experience in project management, 4-6 Years
