Advanced Specialist Maintenance Planning

Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

Development, implementation and ongoing support of production regarding the maintenance planning, spare part planning, budget planning and training planning

Key Responsibility

- Responsible for technical integrity of body shop equipment independent cognition and execution of maintenance in line with lean manufacturing principles

- Creation of daily equipment check sheet and regularly maintenance planning

- Fault analysis and recommendations for preventive measures

- Responsible for training of maintenance associate in relevant tools, methods and techniques required for their area of responsibility

- Responsible for the jig shop manufacturing

Qualification

- Bachelor / master degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of automation, control theory, mechatronics, hydraulics and mechanical processes, 4-6 years

- Familiar with IEC-61131-3 and C (or similar) programming language

- Experience with Siemens equipment and robots would be an advantage

- Fluent in Mandarin, knowledge of English, spoken and written, knowledge of German would be an advantage
