Advanced Specialist Implementation Planning Management

Tasks

Responsible to guide and organize the system integration and testing process. Has to align the activities with all E/E relevant departments at Quality and Engineering. The position holder has to ensure a plausible E/E test-and validation plan, infrastructure and test performance for all E/E functions and all relevant variants. This position is responsible to make sure that all life cycle measurements are known at target agreement (24 MVS) as input for the following processes like test planning and E/E change management. These results will be used to steer the E/E development process

Key Responsibility

- Providing a complete quantity structure for E/E testing and validation

- Planning and set up of the test platforms (FIT, lab car, sub-system rack) for the entire E/E integration

- Generate a consolidated test plan at the beginning of each I-step

- Monitoring the test progress for each I-step, problem management

- Execution of the planned tests prepare final report

- Coordinate with E/E responsible in Germany

- Generate a detailed implementation / feature planning for all E/E relevant functions

- Take part in CCB and coordinate CCB process at BMW Brilliance Automotive

Qualification

- Master of engineering

- Engineering degree in automotive / electrical / computer / communications engineering or similar. Basic programming knowledge preferred

- Excellent language skills in English (written and oral) and German

- Deep knowledge of verification methods and partners in the E/E development process

- Research & development in E/E including testing, 4-6 years

- Project management, 1-3 years
