Manager Homologation Process Management

Task

- Committed to optimize workflow

- Enhance the competency of associates

- Target management

Key Responsibility

- Responsible for making new process description according to Homologations new team structure, identifying area to improve, and conducting reviews with business in a regular basis

- Responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring team budget and project cost include head count, jointly planning capacity to meet business demands

- Responsible for tracking company frame contract with service providers and working closely with technical team as well as the third-party service providers

- Working on setting up team annual target and monitor

- Make team competency increase planning and coordinate the training matrix with internal and external partner

Qualification

- Bachelor/master degree in mechanical or automotive engineering

- Knowledge of automotive especially BMW product

- Knowledge of project management and quality management system

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- PC experience, MS Office working knowledge

- Ability/experience in working with an intercultural work environment

- Open-mindedness in dealing with others

- Self-consciousness and creativity

- Working experience in an automotive plant or similar business, 3-5 years

- Preferably working experience in international operating companies, 2-3 years
