Tasks

Responsible for all new products in CN, align the Paintshop related requirements with BMW Brilliance Teconology Departments

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify and align the Paintshop related requirements for a new module for CN production

- Review of new technical developments and the adaptation

- This into the manufacturing process throughout the entire process chain from your exciting area of responsibility

- CAD Specialist for planning parts on Auto CAD

- Lead and support development department regarding quality, production volume and material consumption

- Lead design work for product in the early beginning 48 months before SOP

- Join and lead center of competence meetings

- Product creation process for defining and virtual design of the required in-vehicle specific

Qualifications

- Master / Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, mechanical or chemical engineering

- Knowledge in planning a production process and launch management

- PC experience (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office products, accounting software like SAP)

- Knowledge of equipments planning

- Deeper knowledge of mechanical of paint line

- Ability / experience in working within an intercultural work environment

- Proficient English and German

- Capability for teamwork

- Safe handling of CATIA V5

- Willingness to travel

- Working experience in an automotive plant or similar business
