网店客服/淘宝客服

职位描述:

岗位职责：
1、使用淘宝等在线聊天工具，热情回答顾客问题，引导用户在网上愉快成交；
2、订单确认处理、跟踪以及客户在订单过程中的疑问解答；
3、客户投诉处理、客户回访、退换货处理、客户满意度调查等，做好售后服务工作；
4、记录、整理客户资料并存档，通过网络、电话等形式及时定期回访；
5、上级主管下达的临时性相关工作；
要求：
1、普通话标准；
2、有一年以上网店或电子商务运营工作经验者优先；
3、良好的服务意识，性格开朗，乐观向上，良好的沟通表达能力；
4、较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；
5、熟练使用电脑，对淘宝客服和物流工作流程有一定了解；

6、团队合作能力强，能承受一定工作压力，在公司规定的时间和质量下完成任务；
7、有数码类行业相关工作经验优先
