职位描述:

1.依据公司整体战略，组织制定营销战略规划，组织全国市场销售推广工作；
2.规划公司销售系统的整体运营、业务方向，领导团队建设；
3.建立、健全各项规章制度，推动公司销售系统管理的规范化、科学化和不断进步；
4.依据公司整体销售目标，提交销售计划方案，监督实施销售全过程，完成销售任务；
5.制定市场的经营前景规划和市场设计工作；
6.制定和贯彻企业的产品策略及政策；
7.培训市场营销人员，建设和管理高素质的营销团队，指导其完成公司计划、市场营销任务。

任职资格：

1、市场营销管理类或相关专业本科以上学历；

2、五年市场营销工作经验，有丰富的消费类电子品牌运作经验为佳；

3、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

4、具备良好的沟通合作技巧及丰富的团队建设经验。
