淘宝推广 /淘宝运营

职位描述：
岗位职责：
1．制定公司淘宝商城的整体推广策略

2．负责公司淘宝商城及店铺推广，提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率

3．针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提出营销改进措施方案；

4．熟悉淘宝直通车、淘宝客、超级卖霸等淘宝宣传工具，并善于总结经验，为达到销售业绩提供决策；

5．定期提交推广报告，根据流量、咨询量、转化量、推广效果等数据做全方位的阶段性评估

6．分析访客流向数据，协调美工人员对商城页面进行调整或改版

任职要求：
1.熟悉淘宝商城营销规则，熟悉淘宝网会员的购物习惯和购物心理；
2.熟悉淘宝网各种营销工具，熟悉SEO技术，对站外推广有独到的见解；
3.良好的策划推广能力和项目执行能力，以及团队协作能力
4. 有团队精神，喜欢讨论，分享，交流，与客服互动，了解推广效果，从而在有效范围继续投入资金推广。
5. 有淘宝店铺一年以上的推广服务经验者(无经验者勿投)；
