职位职能：商务主管/淘宝主管

职位描述：

岗位职责

1、负责公司品牌产品电子商务版块业务的整体运营工作，制定网上业务的商业盈利模式，制定运作方案并实施；

2、负责网站流程的制定和网络推广；
3、负责网站页面的整体及品类页面规划管理，挑选具有市场竞争力的品牌商品、 商品定价、策划和组织促销活动以及信息发

布等事务，提高访问量；

4、对网店系统数据库进行日常管理，统计数据库中相关信息；

5、带领客服团队达成公司指定的业绩指标。

任职要求

1、 市场营销、计算机、电子商务等相关专业大专及以上学历；

2、 熟悉电子商务的操作，对网络推广和运营有独到的见解；熟悉电子商务及网络营销，并有在网购商务网站工作经验，熟悉电子商务流程和相关环节；

3、 熟悉淘宝店铺和淘宝商城的运作规则，最大化的提高公司电子商务平台的流量并带来交易；

4、 熟悉电子商务结构及价值链运作，准确理解产品定位，一定的品牌建设能力；

5、 精通各种网络销售技巧，熟练使用网络交流工具和各种办公软件；

6、 具有良好的语言沟通能力和学习能力，对工作主动、热诚，有良好的沟通技巧，应变能力强，具有团体意识；

7、 有创新能力，富有激情和创意，不断寻找新思路，新方法，提高公司电子商务平台的知名度。
