Main Responsibilities:

- Mistake - free transactions in PO processing.

- Purchase products and equipment according to project needs and in a timely manner

in order to satisfy project and service needs.

- Trace Vendor to get vendor’s confirmed PO.

- Responsible for trace foreign PO so as to receive products on time.

- File purchasing documentation and PO management.

- Provide low cost and prompt speed Logistics.

- Refund and repair Faulty products promptly.。

- Warehouse management Improve inventory management system for office.

- Support for local HR and Admin management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic, International Trade, logistic…etc or equivalent.

- 1years Multinational enterprise work experiences or above.

- Experience in IT, system integrator purchasing or Logistic related fields.

- Strong service sense and skills, Good time management, high learning skill.

- Proven ability to build relationships with vendors, internal client and colleagues.

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Good command of reading and writing English

工作职责：

- 准确无误按项目需求的下达订单给供应商。

- 及时跟踪供应商，获得对方的确认回单，并做到按时收货。

- 根据项目需求合理安排出库并进行项目上产品的合理调配。

- 与各地采购专员进行沟通协调项目情况。

- 提供快速低成本物流。

- 负责库房的管理和控制工作，提高库存系统的管理。

- 与供应商沟通负责故障产品的返修工作，项目退货及借货处理。

- 协助成都办公室的HR和行政工作；

职位要求：

- 电子、工程、国际贸易等相关专业大学本科及以上学历。

- 1年以上的外企工作经验。安防、IT、电子和相关领域的采购物流经验优先。

- 良好沟通能力，责任心强，能吃苦耐劳。

- 具备良好的服务意识、积极主动、自律。学习能力强，时间管理能力强。

- 能够建立和长期维护与供应商，内部客户和同事之间的良好的人际关系。

- 英文读写熟练。
