PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
- Responsible for recruitment for frontline operators and supervisor or below level positions with systematic analysis for resources reallocation.
负责一线操作工人、办公室主管及以下职位的招聘,通过系统分析以达到资源的合理分配;
- Responsible for labor agency management by monthly performance evaluation on recruitment, dismiss, staffing, payment, dispute, work injury, contract termination etc. as well as labor agency or labor resource channels development.
负责结合月度的评估管理劳务公司在招聘、解聘、员工关系、工资社保支付、劳资纠纷、工伤、合同终止等方面的绩效表现,以及开发新的劳务公司或者劳务输送渠道;
- Responsible for Direct Labor management such as recruitment, staffing, communication, training (grade upgrade), attendance management etc.
负责直接生产人员的管理,诸如招聘、人事和员工关系管理、沟通、培训(考级)及考勤管理等;
- Support key initiatives of employee relationship such as town hall meeting, employee activities and handle labor disputes.
为员工关系方面的管理活动提供支持,如员工沟通会、员工活动等,并协助处理各类劳务纠纷;
- Support performance management and talent development program.
支持绩效管理和人才发展项目;
- Keep good relationship with relevant government offices such as arbitration center, labor bureau and social welfare & benefits bureau. Monitor legal, social issues as well as provide relevant regulation information and keep abreast of the latest human resource trends, techniques and development
与相关政府部门保持良好关系,如仲裁中心、劳动局和社会福利局,密切关注法律及社会动向,以及政策信息提供,确保人力资源管理发展符合社会趋势;
- Operate & comply with HR regulations and policies as well as provide advice for HR process or system’s improvement, and assist HR manager to draft or optimize relevant policies or processes if needed.
遵从人力资源相关制度或政策开展日常工作,并为人力资源流程或系统提供改善建议。有需要的情况下,协助人力资源经理草拟或优化相关政策或流程;
- Draw up administration regulations and work plans according to the related laws and the requirements of the Company.
根据相关法规和公司需求制定各项行政规章制度和工作计划;
- Execute the ad-hoc tasks assigned from HR Manager and report to the line manager or authorized person about the working progress and relative information.
执行人力资源经理的工作指令,完成临时分配的工作任务,并及时向上级经理或授权人汇报工作进程和提供相关信息;
QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:
-College degree or above 大专及以上学历;
-Good at Micro Office skill 熟练操作电脑办公软件;
-Good leadership ability & people management skill 良好的领导能力和人员管理技巧;
-Well planning, analysis ability and business acumen or sensibility for manpower shortage and productivity issues 良好的计划、分析能力和对人工缺失及由此产生的生产效能影响具有高敏感性;
-Familiar with China labor law and local labor regulation , employment -related ordinances and strong staffing management capability 熟悉中国劳动法和当地劳动法规及就业相关条例,良好的员工管理能力;
-Familiar with plant operation and operators’ and labor agency management 熟悉工厂运作及操作工和劳务公司的管理;
-Min. 5 years working experiences in HR field and more than 2 years of solid HR management with manufacturing enterprises 五年及以上人力资源领域工作经验,两年及以上制造型企业扎实的人力资源管理经验;
-Good English communication skill 良好的英语沟通能力;
