Job description
Employees in this role are in charge of monitoring the installation performance in the field for new high-end systems, system upgrades, call home facilities as well as engineering changes;
They will detect deviations and identify the route cause working with Technical support managers,life cycle managers in the countries and global service planning organization as well as Product Engineering and Plant Quality Engineering teams;
They will report at World Wide level the performance in term of installation times, Engineering Change Announcement (ECA) penetration as well as call home facility enablement and coverage to appropriate brand, Product Engineering (PE) and MTS personnel;
They will work with manufacturing, field Engineers and Global Service Planners in order to ensure that all quality issues (installation procedures, shipment, manufacturing, product quality...) are captured and raised to the appropriate organization.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree;
At least 3 years Experience in Hardware Support Delivery;
Basic knowledge in Operations;
At least 2 years experience in Communication and Presentation Skills;
Basic knowledge of Project Management techniques;
Basic knowledge of cost concepts and analysis;
Knowledge of MTS infrastructure, organizations, business and relationships (for internal hiring);
Good written and oral communication skills;
Demonstrates leadership;
Sense of responsibility;
Performs successful negotiations;
English: Fluent.
Preferred:
At least 5 years experience in Hardware Support Delivery;
At least 3 years experience in Communication and Presentation Skills.
