• To achieve the assigned revenue targets for the responsible product and solution portfolio through consistent performance.
• Take a leadership role in developing and implementing ISO solutions sales strategies and manage the sales cycles within designated territory.
• Be the product solution expert for the printing on demand
• Work with other sales and support functions to ensure quality implementation of all customer related activities within the designated accounts
• Record and maintain detailed account related information including account profile, Fuji Xerox and competition installation, key contacts.
• Fully understand the importance of Sales Quality Improvement and sales handbook
• Insure all direct sales behavior 100% follow company direction, discipline and process
• Work as the owner of account receivable collection.

• University graduate or above, computer or printing field preferred

• At least 5 years direct sales experience in related Industry such as Post, Bank, insurance
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, problem solving and analytical skills
• Working knowledge on network and related technologies, PC literacy.industry system integration experience is preferred
• Willingness to learn, flexible and initiative
• Experience in multinational company is an added advantage

• Good command of English
