JOB TITLE: National sales & marketing manager
REPORTING TO: Directly report to country manager
LEADERSHIP BY: Regional Sales manager, Key account manager, technical engineers, sales assistant
PURPOSE:
Manage and develop the operation of China Sales & Marketing to achieve budget, target, and profitable growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
u Identify business opportunities and implementation to succeed
u Identify customer decision making process and set up and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders at different level on customer side
u Promote brand image in the market
u Manage & develop sales team in China, including training, target setting, measures and performance control to achieve the business result.
u To provide the leadership and coordination of Sales, to achieve highest possible customer satisfaction and positively impact employee satisfaction.
u Develop and manage the sales & marketing budget
Skill Required:
u Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, MBA preferred
u 10 years' experience as Sales Manager or Sales Director, automation, construction material industry preferred
u Strong track record of selling premium & low volume products, rich experience in channel & project sales management
u Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential with overseas working experience
u Good at Financial understanding (P&L, Budgets, Reporting etc)
u Leadership experience with a continuous improvement mindset and results orientated working attitude
u Very high level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
u Hungry to success & Love automatics products
