Position Summary: The Inventory Manager will be responsible to manage inventory turns, slow/no moving inventory, and other inventory inputs through collaboration with the various service groups and Corporate Planning. Some of the specific duties will include, but are not limited to, mentoring and coaching a team of associates, reducing slow/no moving inventory, project management and supporting Lean initiatives to enhance the right sizing of inventories.

Key Responsibilities:
1、负责SDC（美国研发中心）,HOC（香港运营中心） 和 EDC（欧洲研发中心）的库存和物流管理
Be responsible for management of the inventory and logistic, for SDC, HOC and EDC.
2、理解，设计，实施，指导和监控流程，以实现库存的准确性和库存投资目标
Understands, designs, implements, directs, and monitors processes to attain inventory accuracy and inventory investment goals.
3、参与采购战略,满足生产需要，降低库存成本
To participate in purchasing strategies that meet the needs of production, reduce inventory cost.
4、调度对存货有直接影响的系统，流程及资源的改善
Drive improvements in planning systems, processes and resources that have direct impacts on inventory.
5、管理执行流程和政策，以确保库存目标的执行和实施
Primary contributor in the formulation and implementation of procedures and policies to ensure the execution of inventory objectives.
6、管理关键的绩效指标，衡量库存目标的进展情况
Manage key performance indicators to measure progress toward inventory goals.
7、做好与生产、采购等相关部门的沟通与协调工作
Communicate with production, SCM and other relevant departments well.
8、改善目前的库存周转，减少呆滞库存
Improve current inventory turns, reduce slow/no moving inventory.
9、上级交办的其它临时事项
Other temporary matters assigned by the managers.


任职资格：
Qualifications:
1、本科及以上供应链管理或相关学历
Bachelor or above in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related majors.
2、3年以上库存管理，供应链管理和工厂的工作经验
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain with manufacturing operations knowledge, Scheduling, Distribution Planning.
3、熟悉物流、运输等相关工作；熟悉仓储、货运流程等
Must understand general shipping policies and regulations regarding freight and be familiar with rates and routes so that they can determine shipping methods.
4、了解原材料，制造工艺，质量控制，成本和其他技术最大化的有效生产和处理原材料及制成品
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
5、熟练运用ERP、MRP等管理软件；熟悉Navision系统优先
Be familiar to use the management software, like ERP, MRP, etc; Familiar with Navision system is preferred.
6、良好的英语口语以及优秀的读写能力
Good oral English, and excellent in reading and writing.
7、良好的沟通、分析能力及团队合作精神，工作认真，责任心强
Good communication, analysis ability and the team cooperation spirit, work hard and have a strong sense of responsibility.
