Pro-Construction Stage

1.Develop detailed project execution plan

2.Develop detailed statutory approval plan and assist Client to obtain pre-construction statutory approvals

3.Develop preliminary project time schedule with key milestones and approval dates

4.Develop the project preliminary cost and cost management plan

5.Develop the project procurement plan and risk management plan

6.Co-ordinate design process and work together with designers to obtain Client’s sign-off at all stages of design works

7.Review and advise the tender document and monitor the tender progress

8.Organize contractors and vendors pre-qualification

9.Attend tender interviews and prepare tender evaluation reports

Construction Stage

1.Attend and chair regular project control meetings

2.Organize communication and reporting systems

3.Monitor site progress and safety procedures implementation

4.Monitor quality control system implementation

5.Recommend and certify to the value of works and payment to the contractors

6.Co-ordinate the statutory approvals during the construction period

Post Construction Completion

1.Co-ordinate statutory approvals and acceptances

2.Monitor the hand over of as-fitted drawings and O&M manuals by contractors

3.Monitor the variation orders assessment

4.Develop the project final accounts

5.Issue completion certificates to designers, contractors and vendors

Other Requirement

1.Minimum Bachelors degree

2.Experience in Project Management (min 4 years)

3.Fluently English speaking and writing

4.Energetic and willing to learn

5.Experience working on a building construction site

6.Experience working on curtain wall installation will be a benefit
